THE PROJECT

In 2015, WYN was tasked to establish a new design language and identity for Apollo Automobil, a brand that specialises in creating ultra-exclusive and high performance vehicles.

We thoroughly understood our clients vision and we provided creative ideas and strategies to optimise the direction and identity of the brand. Through our meticulous design process the result is the Apollo Arrow, a product that lays the first foundation for the brand. The Apollo Arrow was introduced at the 2016 Geneva Motorshow.

DESIGN

The design of the Apollo Arrow features an elaborate display of body lines and heavily sculpted proportions, WYN established Apollo's new generation of 'hyper' design language that combined aggressive, predatory styling with extreme aerodynamic capabilities. The Arrow features large side and shoulder cooling intakes for its twin turbo V8 engine, we focused on refining the frontal area of the vehicle to introduce design elements that channel clean air through the body.

VISUALISING

Specialising in visualisation, a digital process that enables us to ensure our surfaces meet our meticulous attention to detail. We focus highly on the interaction of light with the body of the vehicle. We deploy various methods simulating various lighting and real world environments to perfectly control the behaviour of how lighting flows around the body. 

PROTOTYPE

Working closely with our partners, prototypes produced provides a clear indication of the product before production. We optimise this process to finalise the application of the materials used for production. 

GENEVA MOTORSHOW

In 2016 The Apollo Arrow debuted at Geneva Motor Show with stunning reception.
